"Since palace’s interior museum was under renovation I have only strolled around it and checked out the park surrounding palace. Great landscaping and architecture, palace looks grand even on cloudy overcast day. The palace and city got under construction at the same time on 1715. Palace was built in French Baroque style by architect Jacob von Batzendorf for Karl Wilhelm, ruler of Baden-Durlach and founder of Karlsruhe in 1718."

"Amazing! I absolutely loved this palace, it has a very beautiful architecture and is very beautiful. It has a beautiful museum that can be visited for free and also a very beautiful tower where the entry is only 4€, where you can go and have a very beautiful panoramic view over Karlsruhe. It is deffinetly a must-visit, if you visit the city of Karlsruhe!"
"Baroque 3 wing building from 18th century. past residence of the Baden dukes. notable in seat afterwards and witness of multiple history stage. today it serves as a museum and events Hall."
"An interesting place from the ancient to modern times, the museum is rich in exhibits. We were on Easter early morning and it was not crowded, spacious rooms. For the little guests there is a room to have a rest, read the books and play. Also, there is a tower where you can go up and enjoy a beautiful view. The museum is definitely worth visiting."
"Beautiful palace with impressive surroundings. We visited during the light festival, and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth seeing, especially during events."
