Café Böckeler - a classic close to the city center

With its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe on the market square, Café Böckeler cannot be overlooked and is therefore also a popular place for non-locals to take a break from shopping or sightseeing. Café Böckeler is a classic in the city center - it could hardly be more central. That's why many people go here for breakfast.

There are plenty of options inside on two floors and generally also outside with a beautiful view of the hustle and bustle on the market square and the Weinbrennerhaus. (Currently, however, there is a building site atmosphere)

The range of cakes and tarts is varied and of high quality, which is also available to go and is just as popular.

BREAKFAST AT CAFÉ BÖCKELER

The breakfast menu is surprisingly manageable with five breakfast options. In addition to the "Böckelers Klein und Fein" (rolls with butter and jam or honey), there is only a choice between the healthy option Böckelers Gesund & Munter (fruit salad with yoghurt, wholemeal bread, croissant with butter and honey) and the Badisches Landfrühstück, which covers savory needs with fried sausages and scrambled eggs, among other things.

If this doesn't suit you, there is also the option of the "deluxe version", an impressive breakfast set consisting of a variety of delicacies, such as eggs, smoked salmon, fruit, cheese, ham and muesli. (a hot drink and a glass of Prosecco are included).

Extras include the standard, whereby the Bircher muesli can be highly recommended, and different variations of scrambled eggs, fried eggs and omelettes.

And then there are the countless cakes and tarts to choose from, which can also round off a good breakfast.

Special features are the delicious house chocolate (also available as white chocolate), the so-called dream breakfast on Sundays and public holidays and the Sunday brunch.
