"While in Karlsruhe for the 44 Label Festival, I came across a breakfast spot that completely blew me away, not just once, but on two separate visits. It’s rare that a place makes such an impression that you find yourself back the very next day, but this café? It earned it. Saturday, the day before the festival, I stopped in and had one of the best starts to a day I can remember. I went for a breakfast burrito, which was packed with flavour, perfectly toasted, and served with a fresh, crunchy side salad that balanced it all out. On the side, I had a frozen açaí bowl. Beautifully presented and bursting with fresh fruit, granola, and just the right touch of sweetness. It was refreshing and satisfying in every way. Sunday morning, I knew I had to go back and I’m so glad I did. This time I had eggs Benedict served inside a buttery croissant. It was hands down one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve ever tasted. Rich, runny yolks, velvety hollandaise, delicate cured meat, all tucked into a perfectly crisp croissant and topped with fresh herbs and edible flowers. The presentation was just as impressive as the taste. The café itself had such a warm and stylish atmosphere. Plants hanging from the ceiling, sleek decor, and a layout that made it feel both lively and intimate. The staff were amazing, genuinely kind and welcoming without being overbearing. To top it all off, I had a surreal moment on Sunday when I actually ran into one of my favourite DJs right there in the café. Totally unexpected and the perfect cherry on top of an already memorable weekend. If you ever find yourself in Karlsruhe, make this place a priority. Unreal food, great vibes, and unforgettable memories. Easily the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had."
