Café Bertis is located at Ludwig-Wilhelm-Straße 14 in the eastern part of Karlsruhe. The stops Gottesauer Platz, Karl-Wilhelm-Platz and Durlacher Tor are each about a five-minute walk away, which ensures good accessibility by public transport. Public parking spaces are available directly in front of the café.
The opening hours of the café are as follows:
Wednesday to Friday: 10:00-18:00 Saturday and Sunday: 09:30-18:00 The café is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Café Bertis is run with great passion by two sisters who want to create a place where guests can feel comfortable and enjoy life with good food, drinks and company. The offer includes a variety of food and drinks, including vegan cakes and plant-based milk alternatives for hot drinks.
Reservations are of course accepted. You can pay with major EC cards, credit cards, cash, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The café has three steps at the entrance; assistance is available if required.

"The place get’s quite crowded but it is a very nice place to get some drink and cake. In my opinion the matcha just needs a little bit more of matcha to balance the milk but it taste still very nice. Drinks and cake are yum and service is nice. Waiters are kind but because it is quite busy there might need some more staff to cover up. It is not the ideal place to go work since it is a bit loud and people are also having brunch so if you are thinking of studying or working there maybe look for another place (had to do it once) but it is the perfect place for a catch up date with friends."

"I am not vegan or vegetarian and there is no cake at Cafe Bertis (all vegan) that I don't find tasty. The overnight oats are also delicious! So far I have tried the cappuccino and the iced Matcha Latte-Himbeeren, and they are very tasty! :)"
