alina Café - Organic coffee in the business incubator

The café is located directly in the entrance area of the "Perfekt Futur" start-up center in the middle of the Schlachthof site and you have a great view of various office containers. The counter and kitchen are themselves a kind of container, which makes the style of the café unique. This is continued in the various seating options, which invite you to sit down. The fact that the café is not separated from the rest of the building by walls means that you are practically sitting in the middle of the large hall full of containers.

The main reason you go there is to see how founders drink their organic coffee and then get back to work. However, we only saw one group of them. And they seemed to have the same drive as everyone else ;) It was either too early for the other founders or they were already sitting in their containers.

Café alina is self-service only. However, this is not particularly difficult, as the counter offers a lot to discover, because many things even change daily and you can take a look inside. Some dishes can be taken away directly and others - e.g. coffee - are brought to your seat as soon as they are ready. The coffees are really good and convincing, so you'll be happy to order more. And all of this is available in proven organic quality and the price is completely reasonable.

BREAKFAST AT THE ALINA CAFÉ

You come here mainly for the cake. The cake is surprising, firstly because it varies and is therefore always different. On the other hand, it is very, very tasty. And some of the cakes are not the standard varieties, so the alina café invites you to experiment. There are also various other options that are fresh and homemade but always vary. These even include strudel and muffins. Some things you only discover when you've had your fill. That's why you have to come back. There are also various coffee specialties.

A standard breakfast with rolls, bread, sausage and jam - as you might be used to in classic breakfast cafés - is not served here.

Of course, you could also try something from the menu of the day, but this is actually intended more for lunchtime and is usually prepared in the morning.

You really can't complain about the price, especially if you're looking for "organic coffee" and "homemade".

HOW TO GET TO THE ALINA CAFÉ

The café is located in the Schlachthof area directly in the entrance area of the start-up center. There are parking spaces right outside the door because the Tollhaus is right opposite. Take the train to Tullastraße and then walk a short distance.

Unfortunately, the alina Café is closed at weekends. But too few founders want to work at the weekend and don't need coffee, breakfast or food.
